Early this year, I went to Boston, Massachusetts to visit my cousin Rafa. The day we arrived, we went to Seaport and ate at a taiyaki ice cream place called Taiyaki NYC. Mentioned by 21 media groups, it was established in 2016 with five locations in the eastern United States and one in Canada. They serve taiyaki ice cream using high-quality ingredients.
